Bayside Harley To Host Hair-Donation Event Benefiting Cancer Patients

On August 15 Bayside Harley Davidson in Portsmouth, VA has partnered with Pantene Beautiful

Lengths, and the American Cancer Society to host a great event that will benefiting female cancer patients. The event is a hair-donating ceremony whereby a stylist will be at the dealership to give free cuts to donors after they've chopped at least 8" of their hair off.

There are a few requirements:

• The hair cannot be more than 5% gray
• It must be at least 8 inches in length
• It cannot be permanently dyed or bleached

Cancer patients lose their hair due to the drugs they are given during the chemotherapy process which is taken in attempt to kill the cancer cells in their body. The hair that is donated at this event will be made into wigs by HairUWear, and donated to female cancer patients for free. This gives them one less thing to worry about as they battle with this horrible ordeal, and at Bayside Harley Davidson, we think it's the least we can do.

Low Cost Spay and Neuter Services in Portsmouth, VA

Harley Davidson Trike Conversions: What Are the Benefits?

What's a trike? It's a three-wheeled motorcycle. Why would anyone want one? Stability. Comfort. Ease of use. It is a little smaller than the Tri-Glide, a little more on the clean, sleek, and modern side, but Harley claims it has the engine that riders asked for: the V-Twin engine with more low-end torque. Harley also claims it has the footboard riders asked for: full-length, with rubber isolation for riding comfort.

As always, they put in thousands of hours of testing with this one as well, all done by experienced riders, and went back to the drawing boards to improve upon this machine in every way possible.
